VTSI halted at $7.77 and now in the $8's. Will be interesting to see how high this one flies. I thought it may cool quickly when it dropped to the $6's shortly after the open. Nope. The huge move on volume is odd because the Russell & Nasdaq have been struggling of late. This is like something we saw in the peak froth of January/February.
