What I am having a problem understanding is how DGF controls anything here, only owning a few hundred preferred shares. Their 99.9% ownership claim is false, and only works when those are converted, and that isnt the case now. Because it is obvious they only want to convert and sell shares, how would they get current common shareholders to vote them an A/S increase?
