Coming from someone who is ‘only’ down 25% here. I think the LOI is dead. It makes no sense to wait and have to pay a higher price. Looks to me like they’re trying to bootstrap it, at least for now. Personally I think there will be new deals announced this year still, but the question now is whether they’re going to let RELI share price deteriorate into delisting territory first.
