Well, I don't know how many times I have to tell you that these people just have no idea! So, lets just look at the facts! Currently the company is listed and registered with all the regulatory agencies as a "NOT A SHELL". Now, what that means, is that the "corporate entity" is NOT a "blank check" or a "shell". At the bottom of this post, you will see a screen shot of what is posted on BDGR official OTC Markets "profile page". This is part of OTC Markets OTCIQ trading and reporting board. This board, is what SEC, FINRA, DTCC , Broker Dealers and Market Makers use as a way to "confirm" information and trading stats for "microcap" publicly trading companies that are under $ 250 million range. So, on the OTC Markets pages, there is a "shell risk" comment. However, if you click on it, then you will see that it implies that "under certain circumstances" the company "could" be deemed a shell. But not NOW! So, since I do know the rules, then YOU need to look at all of our recent filings where YOU will see that we checked the "NOT A SHELL, NEVER BEEN A SHELL" BOX. AND!!! The main key here!!!...OTCIQ analyst's accepted the 2 years of our filings, and approved our statements, as they UPGRADED and moved us up to the "current status" OTCPK tier. So, as I stated a million times before! "please read the rules, regulations and the law" on all available regulatory agencies sites. SEC.gov, FINRA.gov, OTCmarkets.com and many more. And for G_D's sake, just use your common sense and your brain!
