CLSI I have nothing against you what so ever.

I've seen nothing in writing that Sam Mathew owns anything here. If I'm not mistaken, Anthea is owned partly by OBCN.

Sam Mathew may have some ownership on virtual paper, but there has not been any factual evidence or verbal supportive evidence from OBCN other than DR.DOKI "appointed" him President. That's all there is!

I've checked on some of Sam virtual companies and partnerships with "global" partners, it keeps coming up empty.

Until I see some OTC corporate filings that Sam is owner of anything, let alone OBCN, I cannot believe anything about Sam Mathew or his ventures at this point. I want to, but I can't for now.

Like I stated at the beginning of this post, I don't have any issue with you and I thank you for any relayed information in the past.

You stated DR.DOKI has a medical practice. That has been verified. But with the planed-demic we are going thorough, I feel his practices were hit hard as well as client visitations. If this is the case (I believe so) like most medical professions, everyone is / was down considerably like the doctors and hospitals around here and other places.

This should have allowed DR.DOKI more than enough time to review his businesses and managements performances. DR.DOKI is directly responsible for Sam Mathew and his assignments.

So to speak directly or make any claims for DR.DOKI and Sam Mathew is not wise. To say Sam Mathew is not going anywhere, is out of line. Everybody is expendable at any time. Time will tell.

Additionally, trying to chastise anyone here that challenges Sam by changing the subject to an individuals investment strategy and understandings of risks of stock investing is rather small minded and personal. You don't really know a persons personal venting until they disclose it. Other than that it's just guessing or defending something you don't like.

I don't know about you, but I'm making money on OBCN. Again, my issue is not with the company, (IMO), just one individual that I believe is unqualified. As I indicated earlier, I believe he has a management and communication problem and that needs to be corrected.

With this said CLSI, unless you are running OBCN, (are you the President?) let the real "President" or any other management members speak for the company. Let them put their big-boy-pants on and speak directly to the shareholders for themselves.

CLSI If you really are OBCN management, say so and quit toying with the investors. This could be part of the reasons bashers or posters trash a stock. Management needs to communicate to shareholders in a respectable way that sets the communication tempo both ways. The President should not just take a call or email and act disrespectful in any way to the shareholder or whoever is contacting him.

(CLSI Would you want your friend or President friend to act in this manner? To represent or promote your company?) Of course not.

So again, at some point if Sam does not produce he has to be held accountable to the shareholders, not you. So I am asking you to stop representing management unless you are?

As far as "Sam is DR.DOKI's friend". We all have friends and most us would not hire them to run a lemon aid stand in 110 degree weather. Being a friend or family member does not qualify anyone for anything or everything other then somebody's friend and family member. You know this.

Some of my investigation for Sam Mathew identifies that he may have an Engineering (Science) back ground, not a management (Arts) background. I don't know for sure because he won't speak. And there is a world of difference between the two!

(IMO), None of his posted companies have shown any positive results. His "companies" partners do not even respond when emailed or called to confirm they ever even know him or who he is.

Additionally, CLSI, please do not try to change the narrative away from me challenging Sam's proven accomplishments and management skills. I know you think you know him, but do you really?

DR.DOKI is still in charge no matter what anyone thinks. He is the ultimate responsibility for Sam's performance and attitude towards the shareholders, as well as, moving the company forward to profitability.

So back at you. If you don't like or respect what other fellow shareholders opinions are towards the management, "you need to rethink your system. No one is holding anyone here", and if don't like shareholders holding management accountable don't pick an argument with other shareholders. Just don't respond for any reason.

I would rather have shareholders taking issue with management then trying to bash the stock or trying to pump and dump it.

One cannot fix something if no one is pointing it out. You know "don't tell me there is something wrong with with my sick child".

As far as Sam, I will remain calling him out until he fixes the communication issues or he is removed for doing nothing including communications.

DR.DOKI nor Sam Mathew directly own the company. They are like us and own a part of it. Shareholders have rights, and the majority shareholders have an "extra duty" to them as minority shareholders.

So if you are communicating directly with DR.DOKI or Sam Mathew let them know they need to address the shareholders directly. I do appreciate everything you have relayed but it's show time!

You already know about the OTC issues. Sam needs to move past them and move the company forward. With this new administration the OTC appears now to be an attack dog on start-ups. Big business appears to have their way with the SEC and will not protect the start-ups like they use to. During the pandemic they chose to shut down mom and pop restaurants over the conglomerates fast foods. Most won't return.

It's all good here.
