Yeah, that amendment was gross. Honestly, a direct offering of $10 million should have just been done at that current price at the time. If someone wants in that big, they'd drive the price up if they bought on the open market. So "current price" for that many shares is a deal.

Instead they seemed insistence on giving an immediate green to them. Those actions don't align if this thing is so good and going to the moon.
