The "hidden coffer" is the money the government stole from us to "protect taxpayers". Where did that money go? The corrupt politicians who stole it dont want to admit "they spent it", so, when Scotus orders "restitution" for damages (stolen money), those corrupt politicians, who managed to spend 300 billion stolen, will have to "find a way" to pay it back, if Scotus so orders!

The government alleged the NWS was to "protect taxpayers" not fill up government's coffers. This suggests our money was "a deposit", sort of like a rental security deposit for when the renters skip town.

Well, we did not skip town, paid our bills on time, so now, we deserve our deposit returned to us.
Its the corrupt government officials who stole our money problem to figure out how to pay it back!!!

Remember, the same corrupt government official (Obama/Biden) that stole the money, is still here (BIDEN). IM "BIDEN" MY TIME to get my money stolen returned to me!
