LuLeVan - It's in the best interest of shareholders to see the corporations retain earnings and refunds until fully capitalized. But fraud was involved here in sending their equity to the Treasury. I expect the courts to award plaintiffs (only plaintiffs) back dividends going back to 2012, plus reimbursement of legal fees.
