The statement of beneficial ownership is in every proxy and 10K as required by the SEC. It simply shows shares owned and options that are currently exercisable. Other than Putnam's exercise last summer of 10-cent options that were expiring, there has been no exercise of options by anyone in management for over 3 years. Previous options exercised were at 8 cents. Management has never bought shares on the open market.
Some shareholders are hoping that they will exercise their options in the immediate future. However, even that is not the same as insiders buying on the open market, which would really show confidence in the future of the company's share price.
