I assume we are all in agreement that the SEC is watching the company like a hawk

If we are in agreement on that, then when they put out an official statement that they are simply waiting on the accountants; they either lied, In which case they just gave the SEC more ammunition to bury Rik, or the more likely scenario is they are telling the truth.

I guess it’s up to every individual here to decide.
