I would assume the justices see that the GSE's were put under conservatorship under false pretenses to begin w/ and everything after that could be damages done to shareholders.... The emails coming to light show that they were not honest w/ the original court in their case and used the economic situation to speed up the process and block proper discovery/ review of the situation.. Going to get very interesting soon and this letter seems like a response to a pointed question.
