I agree. I know it's not a popular view, but I do think Mnuchin and Calabria did the shareholders and the corporations a huge favor by wording the January amendment the way they did. Even the dumbest Justice can see how unfair it is and might in fact go far beyond what Collins requested and rule the entire SPSPA void.
