Texas: The great thing is we can be one step behind the big guys (nflx,bbi) and still be very profitable. Being profitable is the goal. Every company would like to be as successful as NFLX and BBI but it is not necessary to be that large in order to make quite a profitable company. Another way to look at it is also to be the first at something just because you have enough money to throw at it doesnt always add value because being the first you also assume all the risks.
