Really? Did you see NASDAQ telling Thompson "You can't uplist!" for a couple of years?

The uplist process is not going well.

The financing process is not going well.

The scientific research to develop new strains of silkworms is not going well.

The corporate governance plan is not going well.

Somehow, all of these players see things the way you do? Smh
