I've been buying more FRD. Can't believe anyone would give away their shares in the $7's. The fiscal Q3 report last month was a pleasant surprise. Already earned .30/share for the quarter (way better than I was expecting)...and that was just in the early stages of the rise in steel prices. Current quarter is really going to be a monster.
FRD going to have a string of eye popping comps coming up. They have that new capacity starting up this month. And they benefit from a rebound in the economy & energy sector. Who knows how high quarterly earnings climb with steel at these levels. $1/share? And that's per quarter.
Risk/reward on FRD seems so attractive at these levels. Only bad thing is we have to wait til late June for the fiscal Q4 numbers. But I'm guessing this thinly traded stock rockets to the double digits at that time.
