Update on the Telynx website says they filed an answer yesterday. The next step I believe will be a hearing before an adminsitrative law judge to determine whether TLYN should have its registration revoked or alternatively suspended for 12 months. (Tho I guess there would be pre-hearing conferences etc etc before the main event.)

Many of them recite the same standard for determining what (if any) sanctions to apply:

The Commission, in determining the appropriate sanction, “will consider, among other things, the seriousness of the issuer’s violations, the isolated or recurrent nature of the violations, the degree of culpability involved, the extent of the issuer’s efforts to remedy its past violations and ensure future compliance, and the credibility of its assurances, if any, against future violations.”
