Normally a chart like this will imply that, but Jake Noch is selling his 56 million shares and he has been holding it back for over two weeks. When, he is done, then we move up, not because the chart tells us we should. Technical analysis is not relevant in NSAV currently. In fact, it may only apply to Fortune 500 companies, not penny stocks, which are volatile and can do anything at any time.
