All have gotten postponed? I'm confused on what "all " you are talking about. I've never seen one get postponed in the whole time I've been holding dgtw. Only hearing I saw "postponed" (if that is what you want to call it) was the subchapter 5 hearing back in November that was split into 2 separate dates in December because the trustee filed a motion to rescind and convert to chapter 7 "which was denied". And then after that was denied in December. The SEC trustee filed a motion to rescind subV which was scheduled in January and was pushed back to February to allow for new evidence which the new evidence is what granted DGTW SUBV.... hmmm

Even then, this is a zoom conference, UNLESS the judge or ciaccos counsel have an emergency... they will pick up their phones qnd have a "conference."

Don't get me wrong.. id love to see it drop back down to low teens. But I don't see it happening. IMO
