Its moving all right! I agree at some point if this company makes it as far as stock price moving north the way it should already be, Clean out is necessary or a new bottom being established. I would say it’s on it now.
If it follows protocol, it will start going up. If you have seen the heavy weighted buyers at this time, the flip is pretty soon I think.
It could do this for a couple of weeks before it starts it’s steady climb. Or it could start today
