Agree on point one but disagree on your second point about a BO. I'm in the camp where there is NO WAY MDT wants TMDI's IP portfolio being licensed to other players, or worse acquired by someone else, in this space. This alone destroys, IMO, any narrative that MDT doesn't want to acquire TMDI. At the end of the day I respect differences of opinions but it doesn't change my long term strategy.

.25 isn't a lot of money and 7's aren't lucky. Ignore the noise!
