He uses the company logo for every tweet, with no indication that it's not the company's official site.

In practise we know that the average Joe does believe that its the company's official Twitter account. We've seen that demonstrated many times on this very MB.

In any case the question remains does the owner of that Twitter account have any liability for inaccuracies either of his own invention or those he might inadvertently or otherwise relay from Ehrlich?
