NICE TO SEE YOU ABOARD, CABO Yes, SEVU is a fully reporting company. Their filings are available at http://www.freeedgar.com There is no specific timeline for AMEX that is known to us. Here is what we do know: 1) SEVU is using Spear, Leeds, and Kellogg, a market listing firm, as its agent to secure an AMEX listing. 2) We know that SEVU's shareholder equity is slightly short of the amount that is in the automatic approval category (for this particular aspect) 3) We also know that 2 above does not kill the application. It merely adds several weeks to the process. 4) AMEX is dealing with a crush of applications. There are a lot of companies that want to get their stock away from MMs and "naked shorting" ASAP. 5) According to Rich, whom most of us believe, things are progressing smoothly. 6) ABOVE ALL, nearly six months into the process, SEVU has not been turned down!!! About burnouts, as far as I know, there is no light in the "Secureview" housing as such and thus no burnout problem. JMHO Bulldop01Toror
