historically I give little to zero credence to what IR or management willing to talk to random investors who call in... actually say

They are governed by SEC and can legally can do nothing other than blow hot air and pie in the sky sort of messaging your way. If they were to reveal anything material... they would be in deep doo-doo

It's when they are quiet that I take notice. much more times than not it can mean something is brewing and they are in a quiet period. sometimes it signifies they are or have been tapping the crap out of an ATM facility/machine.. are already on a plane and heading to their retirement destination ;)
