A few more thoughts. The freeze of the SEC case is typically only temporary. Until the criminole case reaches the end of discovery and discovery formally closes. Then the SEC case can usually restart where it left off and run parallel to the criminole case.
AND, if the DOJ plays it's remaining hole card write, they will wait to file a N.D. Cal case until the latest date possible per SOL issues, so as to be able to reap as much of the discovery and testimony/evidence in both the Chicago cases - DOJ and SEC.
Oh, and DAVE, Nishay forgot to axe Judge Seeger about the courtroom popcorn practice in his courtroom. Make shure Nishay getts that clarified inn the nexxed kall.
Oh, BTW, I Czeched this early AM in DaFridge and I don't stock Monster (DaSun used to do that), I stock Bing and Reign as caffeinated energy drinks. Neither of witch I used today, so now I can return to sleep for a cuppla hours.
