He didn't give you his word. He can't, because it is an estimate. An opinion.

Splitting hairs, are we? He has repeatedly given new timelines. His own initiative. He hasn't kept any of them.

Do you think I'm happy about this? I rushed to buy the stock in September when he said that he would file (unaudited) results WITHIN DAYS. DAYS, he said. It is now march.

And what does that tell you about trusting him?

He is costing me money on a daily basis due to missed opportunities elsewhere.

And you are still defending him.

I can tell you this, if he doesn't deliver in March, I will double up my efforts to have him removed as CEO. And I will double up again in April etc.

Not sure what you could ever do about that.
