Thanks for that link. I missed Farrell's summary there.

I assume FTD was given to Brilacidin which shows promise here for several reasons.

I'm trying to tease out how important our sky high SI is when we were never really worried about cytotoxicity at the dosages that have been proven safe in previous trials.

It seems to me it's just a question of whether 0.6x3-5 days is enough to give a successful outcome. Since we cant raise the dosage much higher than that due to systemic SAEs then SI doesnt seem that important.
