You should keep your statements for a suitable location, like the Court, as I don't believe Message Boards are the place where Insiders/Control Persons should be making Statements...

So, what's your and Cronies' Plan when you gain control of most of these 17 million shares for the ridiculous price of 10 cents each, to give you in excess of 20 million shares?... Will it be a Reverse Split or will you take the company Private, so that remaining shareholders will have even less rights than now?...

This Scheme of yours is going to be strongly opposed by a number of substantial shareholders that are going to expose you for what you really are...
