Since this is an OTC stock I always look under www.otcmarkets.com and then under the company profile. Over the years that seems to be the most accurate for OTC stocks. That still shows a float of 2.8 million as of 12-7. And, an unrestricted total of stock affective 3-1 of 3.34 million. So imho the worst the float could be is that considering thats such a recent update and float is always a piece or all of the unrestricted.
