There are 4300+ of them that Skull and cross bones tickers on the list, and the SEC only nailed 15 of them last week some older than a decade.... One has $600 Mil dollar market cap.
Maybe we should go fund me a court case to take over the shell, file a filing and wake up over who ever bought 90% of the shell (if it is a shell now????) and make them show up and get the company current?
