TG private already got their 50% equity shares (I.e., common shares) from JT and his buddies, that deal is done, so they don’t need to buy from open market.

As for the Pref. B 500m, that also TG bought from NSAV, not from open market.

So they’re not buying any shares from the open market common or pref. B.

Let’s not speculate this TG private and its broker impacting stock price one way or the other.
