I am looking at SCOTUS as "the war" and not a battle. We won some battles in lower courts and lost some that should not have happened from what we know now. So the battles are behind us, and hopefully we win the war with this ruling.

It is tiring, agree. We all realized from the start a battle with a corrupt government hell bent on stealing private property would be a long slog, but we are literally one stride from the finish line. Whatever gets ruled sets not only the path of the GSE's but also defines a limit to what government can do when they take over an American company. This ruling will be far reaching and watched closely.
