At this point , I doubt a 8K or UV company announcement will do much to move this stock. It’ll take a 100% once just to reach a dime now. That’s why I laugh at all the predictions of 1.00 or even .25 . It might her there one day. Not not anytime soon . Ofc the only way to prosper is to hold and be patient but don’t expect a price to previous highs until actual name and ticker change which could take months
