The CEO has accrued almost $500,000 in salary over the last 4 years because they have $0 revenues thus no way to pay her. She gave herself a $75,000 bonus in stock last year in Restricted stock to boot.

The problem is that there are no numbers in the 8-K showing if acquiring Xi'An Meichen is worth $1.5 million and 20 million shares of stock. If somebody has a link to the 2 China Pharmaceutical companies outside of a CHHH Press Release then it would be helpful.

CHHH's website is nice looking though.
