It's driving me insane too. Sure hope the fins are good. Starting to wonder why they would need so much financing from yesterday's PR. The third quarter of last year (see the year end new letter) they reported a lot of profit (millions) and indicated the 4th quarter would be good as well. If the company is making millions in profit why get more financing?

I also read the details from the PR. $42 million equates to around 61.2 millions shares of stock that will get added to the OS. Then you have the warrants. Best I can calculated they can exercise them and buy stock at ~$0.45/share. And on top of it, it's all "convertible, at Hadron's option". They can starting dumping stock today!! Which 1) the OS to rise and 2) the dumping of shares driving the price down. This whole financing seems bad to me.
