They had zero mining revenue because they off loaded their old inefficient mining equipment, and used the limited cash to buy new ones ( which will be reflected in part in Q1 )

40 million is a hell of a lot of money, which can buy a lot more mining rigs and massively ramp up revenue.

All Debt cleared as well

The capital of the company will be a lot higher and should be reflected in a higher SP

The warrant for an additional 50% at $6 in 3 years says they expect the SP to be higher.

Let’s see.... I see this as very positive.

I agree $20+ isn’t going to be immediate, and will be dependant on the offering being successful. Plus higher revenues showing in the filings etc... but even short term, a price stable well above $4.6 should be achievable.
