PP, very good information from POR 6 and we know when Amended POR 7 was finally signed on 2/23/2012, the biggest change was the payout Matrix with Equity surviving. This had the Piers capped in Tranche four, Tranche Five included 15B in bonds then finally Tranche Six is Equity including both classes of 19/22.

This kept the Perps from canceling Equity allowing Equity to be the last man standing in order to collect all Safe Harbor/BK Remote goodies that the Perps planned on stealing in their entirety.
