Maybe the Company should respond

OTC suspensions are not proof of a scam. They are not a court of law.

Many stocks trade on grey sheets.

This was not an OTC suspension, it was SEC. Likely created by a company ex-IR person with a hard on, sending fake stuff to the SEC?
