~ PlanetPaprika, An Excellent Reply "Thanks" I Can Now', Consider Our Specific Parallels and Our Conflicting Considerations' ~

I like your NationStar research', ... I have also considered the NationStar Filings, SEC Submitted while openly trading on the NYSE', and its own responsibility's within its released statements to it shareholders, ... while its "Acquirer" "WMIH" remained under Delaware Bankruptcy Restrictions' ... I have not posted about that avenue of research', I've only discussed those related considerations privately ...

... your lack of trust and FDIC considerations are also interesting and should be seriously considered as a possibility' ... However, due to the fact that among numerous Documents and Filings, I am "ALSO" a student of the GSA and the Approved Plan's Disclosure Statement ... and in stating that, ... I continue to believe that now, now that the WMI BK Cases Have (finally) Been Officially Closed, that the original GSA between the FDIC and WMI will be fulfilled ...

So, the following is the admittance of the wrongdoing, which lead to the settlement and its agreements' ...

"In its capacity as a creditor, WMI claimed, among other things, that (i) the FDIC dissipated WMB's assets by selling substantially all of the assets of WMB to JPMC rather than liquidating WMB's assets, and thus the FDIC breached its statutory duty to maximize the net present value return of such assets, and therefore owes damages to WMI (ii) the FDIC's wasting of WMB's assets constitutes the taking of property in violation of the Fifth Amendment To The United States Constitution", ... and the text continues on from there', etc., etc., etc., ...

the "Damages" being referred to, are a separate consideration from the eventual completion of the WMB Receivership' ...

It has obviously been my own opinion that it was the "debtor representation", the WMI-LT, and the restructuring component, that were not to be ... "trusted" ...

Great Discussion ... Thanks' ...
