Your honor AYA's argument is moot and holds no water as the PREFERRED SHARES are capped (just ask XX) and will not be paid anymore than face value and so the UW's could not get anymore than they are owed and will ONLY BE PAID FACE VALUE!!!!!!!


BUT DID HE SAY THIS ??? NOPEY!! WHY NOT? DOES Perjury come to mind?
