Reddit Group and Twitter posts are a buzz, tossing out theories that since Vanguard Group owns the largest stake in VZ and 2nd largest in Allstate. (Behind Blackrock by a couple of fractions of a percent). VZ could create a new business unit with Allstate.

This type RM is the kind you see ringing the am bell on an IPO for marketing purposes & such.

Verizon had a product called "HUM" that required equipment to be installed. I am sure by now an app installed directly onto a car's MB could do the same thing.
