I don't know how the h*ll you guys all talk about restricted but I hope you get t resolved. This seems to be an on going topic on the board so I don't doubt anyone. I had this from 09 in my E*TRADE.. averaged up to .0003 when it came alive and was able to sell no problem. I just got back in today "just in case" the shell is actually being bought. There's not a lot of info out there on $INAR
