PP, thank you for your due diligence and obviously you have been around this travesty a long time like many of us. The one thing ALL serious investors who signed timely releases by 3/2012 agree on and that is there is a tremendous amount of monies that will be returned regardless of how much was actually stolen both legally and other,
There is one action that must happen before 3/19/2021 and that is Rosie MUST file an extension for WMILT unless Alice is dealt with and even that timeframe is very narrow as WMILT will expire on 3/19/2021. This cannot happen unless Alice is dealt with and that could happen quickly or Rosie files for an extension.
I do believe the trigger and the long delays was not due to Alice as there can only be one ownership change every three rolling years and the last OC was on 2/12/2018 with the announcement of the NSM merger. So, we can now have another OC post date of 2/12/2021.
Remember, back on the very last business day of year 2019 there was a filing announcing the KKR “B” shares would be converted to COOP common shares then added to the 91M outstanding COOP shares, however, the shares have not been issued yet as far as I can tell as most sources still show 91M outstanding shares.
The reason the shares were not converted to COOP common shares in my view AND ACTUALLY issued to KKR is because that would have created another OC jeopardizing the NOLs if it happened on or before 2/12/2021. So, they must also issue around 30M COOP common shares to the OLD and Cold investors of common WaMu shares. I believe this must happen all at the same time so there is only one OC and I believe happens between now and end of April.
