so you think that is they win the lawsuit, the current share price at that time will be .002? maybe you should just stick to reading posts instead of writing them. sorry but there is as close to zero percent chance they will do a buyback. they have been issuing shares at very low prices and if they win the lawsuit, the share price will be alot higher than it currently is. I plan on holding this long term, so my hope is they win the lawsuit, than do a rs and grow the company with the funds from the lawsuit.
