Generally the only thing that changes with a RS is the number of OS shares and therefor the float and in some cases (not all) the number of restricted shares (preferred restricted can sometimes be exempt from RS)....

GZFX would have to file the appropriate forms to have the AS changed....without a decrease in the AS, the company is free to continue to dilute right back up to previous levels and many OTCBB stocks do just that! In this case it would be the kiss of death and certainly add insult to injury for shareholders who have already lost so much!
