NWTF...I just read your RB post. I stand by my August call of a drillship working our blocks in early 2007. Nothings changed on that thought.
Did you note that EEL failed to mention who their new partner was in their latest PR? You know, the one they gave 1/4% interest too. Generally rig mobilizations aren't kept quiet (special thanks to the poster who pointed that fact out to me). For some reason EEL refused to announce "who" their new partner in block 2 was/is. There's more to the story than meets the eye IMHO. Besides, do you think STP and Nigeria would be happy waiting until late 2008 or 2009 to drill? Deals can be made even during times of tite rig availability.
Bottom line of this post, I still like the March date for the bit to start turning.

Rheddle....bank on Oilphants early 07 drilling campaign to be correct. The Gulf of Guinea and the Joint Development Zone ARE a big deal. Maybe thats why a "rig of opportunity" was found.
