In 2008 we were told it was a temporary conservatorship. The lawsuits began after NWS. The direct claims were filed based on the economical distress suffered by the plaintiffs. The derivative claims seek to get the money returned to the corporations. I can't find any fault with the plaintiffs, particularly, as they are spending their own money. Not one of them has solicited money from me.
