Thanks for this VERY informative post. These are the kinds of posts that all of should read and take note. The Company has done NOTHING illegal - this kind of stuff goes on all the time in securities transactions and all the whining, breastbeating, accusations, etc. from posters will do nothing to change anything. So, sue the SEC if you like, good luck with that.
All we can do is wait and see what the meeting is about and the news to be announced. If it's good news, then we all win here; if it isn't, well . . . welcome to stock trading.
