I would have agreed with you years prior but in OTC and big boards, valuations dont matter as much in recent times whether u look at tesla on the big boards or T S N P on the OTC. the latter of which has like a 4B market cap and it is an app that is not really functioning lol.
So supply and demand rules the day these times in the market.
