I am looking at the Florida corporate registration for SSOF (Zimmerman BioPharma). Must be there are two people named David J. Wood who just happened to go into a business recently with Zimmerman?

Or perhaps Wood was with SSOF as of late 2020, and Biologx feels it can get away with this statement despite such a near overlap?

This statement by Biologx seems really questionable. They need to clarify more. I mean, I'm looking right at the SSOF registration.

And both Biologx and SSOF are headquartered in Austin.

Manhattan Cap must have some way of saying this, even though it appears to be untrue. I cannot imagine them lying. And yet I'm looking at David J. Wood on the SSOF registration.
