Yup. But the latest number is 9x higher at 10m shares. Likely due to some retail shorting that happened when it was around the 1.93 high....

And as to what is coming, thanks to TenKay:

.that is pretty much the “go-to” rationale used to justify a split in the OTC. These guys aren’t even SEC reporting. The reality with one of George’s “gentle reverse split” is to create room in the AS to dilute.

They will now have about 6 billion shares worth.
